This website is operated by Amelia Swanney, trading as MeliePants — an independent design and development studio in the United Kingdom, operating as a sole trader. Where these terms say "I", "me", or "the studio", they mean Amelia Swanney.

You may browse this site and contact me through it for lawful, personal, or genuine business enquiries. Please do not use it in any way that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or disrupts the service for others.

You agree not to scrape the site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, probe it for vulnerabilities, upload malicious code, or submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading.

Unless stated otherwise, the design, code, written copy, imagery, and other materials on this site are owned by Amelia Swanney or used under licence. The studio name, the novel The Serpent and the Staff, and the project case studies shown here remain my property and that of the relevant clients.

You may view pages and share links to them for personal or internal reference. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or redistribute the site's content for commercial purposes, or pass it off as your own, without my prior written permission.
